     TICKET INFORMATION
 

• Tickets will be mailed to the address provided by the customer up until 2 weeks before the performance date -
  All tickets ordered after that can be picked up at the venue an hour before the performance
   
• All tickets are subject to HST. This is in addition to advertised ticket prices.

• Each ticket order made online is subject to a $3.00 service charge. This fee covers the cost of processing
  orders placed online and ensures our customers with an efficient website that allows for ticket purchases 24/7.

• Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before a performance for a service charge of $1.00 per ticket.
  Any difference in price will be charged accordingly or credited to your account.
   
• The Elora Festival cannot issue refunds for returned tickets, however you may receive a tax receipt for the value
  of tickets turned in 24 hours prior to a performance.
   
• Members have access to the waiting list of any sold out performance. We reserve the right to close the waiting
  list at any time.
   
• We welcome children old enough to enjoy our concerts, but a ticket must be purchased for each child seated with a parent
  or guardian. Child tickets are $5, but they must be purchased over the phone or in person -- child prices are not available online.
   
• eyeGO tickets are available for high school students with a valid student card. eyeGO tickets are $5, and must be purchased
  over the phone or in person -- eyeGO prices are not available online.

• uGO tickets are also available for university or college students with a valid student card. uGO tickets are $20, and must be purchased
  over the phone or in person -- uGO prices are not available online.

• WAYS TO SAVE

  Buy a Season Pass.  Purchase tickets to all of our performances and get a 20% discount. We cannot offer exchange privileges on the Season Pass.

Buy a Flex Package. Purchase tickets to any 6 concerts and get a 10% discount on each ticket (excluding roast beef supper).
